Thailands first Coastal National Park “The Three hundred peaks” is a small but fascinating area of Limestone mountains, coves, beaches, islands And marshy wetlands that is home to a great variety of plants, birds and some endangered animals. A wonderful and not too difficult place to explore.
Our journey starts with a visit to a pineapple plantation. Then we go to a coconut farm , where we see trained monkeys picking coconuts from trees. We travel on to Bang-Pu fishing village, where we take a boat ride out through the village to the open sea. (Subject to sea conditions). Take in Bang-Pus thriving fishing industry, preparing for the days catch. Our 20 minutes boat trip concludes at a beautiful stretch of beach below the Pra-Ya-Nakon Cave.
Good walking shoes are recommended as we then walk 430 meter up to the cave dome. Once inside we can see the dripping stalagmites around the pavilion built by King Rama V. After lunch we have time to relax and swim in the warm sea.

We drive north to see the Maruka Tayawan Palace (Palace of love & hope) designed by King Rama VI, and completed in 1924. Spend time walking around the beautiful teakwood palace, now restored to its former glory.We continue south through Hua-Hin to visit Khao Takieb (monkey mountain) in a monastery and place of sanctuary for Thai people. We can also see the wild monkeys that give this famous mountain its nickname. The last visit are Thai silk factory and King Mongkut’s pavilion at Hua Hin railway station .
