Itinerary:


An English speaking guide will lead you to the city of four million pagodas, Bagan. Visits to Nyaung U Market, a local market that provides great photo opportunity, and also the chance for tourists to mingle with the local Myanmar people and watch their daily life transpire. Not far from the Market is one of Bagans famous pagoda, The Shwezigon Gubyaukgyi. Gold gilded graceful bell shape stupa. It is a prototype for virtually all later stupas over Myanmar. Continue to Kyansittha Umin, a tunnel with low unpretentious brick structure with long, dark corridors in its interior. Lunch to be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit to Ananda Temple, a whitewashed masterpiece of Mon architecture with four standing Buddhas, and the adjacent brick monastery from the early Bagan era with well-preserved murals. Make a photo stop at the tallest temple measuring 61 meters - Thatbyinnyu known as temple of omniscience and dating from 1144. Continue to Shwegugyi Gawdawpalin, represents the development of a new style in temple architecture. Lastly enjoy the panoramic views of Ancient Bagan sunset at Bupaya by river boat in Ayeyarwaddy River.
